Description A hand-embroidered Suzani throw which can be used over a bed or as a tablecloth. Suzani refers to an embroidered tribal textile originally made in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other central Asian countries. Suzanis were traditionally made by Central Asian brides as part of their dowry, and were presented to the groom on the wedding day. This Suzani was made in India with cotton embroidery on a cotton base cloth. Each piece is unique and one of its kind. Size 150 x 225 cm.
