Campello – knitting pattern

Simply folding back the split brim turns this almost-beanie into a jaunty cloche. Stitches are picked up from the sideways-knit garter band (tutorial included) and worked in a simple textured stitch to the crown, showing off a beautiful yarn as much as two special buttons. Hat Description Campello is a vintage-style Hat. It has a split brim that is worked sideways in garter stitch. The edges are folded up and sewn with a button holding them in place. The body is worked up from the brim and features a minimally textured pattern that repeats vertically and horizontally, offset and alternating. The stitches appear as small ovals with lines across the top and bottom. The decreases are built into the pattern and are barely visible.
