A Hat with a classic brim, this cap offers style and interest both visually and in its creation. The brim is worked first and instructions are included for making the brim stand out in a way that is truly architectural. This pattern is available individually, or as part of the Classic Woolly Toppers eBook. Hat Description The Camden Cap is a peaked cap. The brim is worked in stocking stitch and is shaped as a half-circle that extends directly outwards from the front of the Hat. The Hat is knit directly from the brim and is worked in the round from the bottom up. It starts with a twisted rib and the body features minimal lines of twisted stitches evenly spaced through the Hat. The columns of twisted stitches are worked straight up and continue straight through the crown, where they converge at the top centre of the crown. A knit button is added at the top centre of the crown. The Camden Cap is circular and more slouchy than a typical peaked cap.
