This cap is a quick knit and ideal for beginning knitters who wish to complete a stylish Hat whilst learning about cables and different increase and decrease methods at the same time. This tam is knit top-down and in the round, and is easily adjusted to just about any size. Hat Description The Cabled Cap is a beret worked top down, with classic twisted cables spread evenly through the Hat. The Hat starts with an optional folded I-cord at the centre of the crown and steadily increases to create a flat top. As the increases continue the gaps between the cables grow evenly. The cables all twist in the same direction and continue down the body. The beret is finished with a rolled stocking stitch brim.
